Power Control Centre (PCC)
A Power Control Centre (PCC) is a power and control panel that includes incomer circuit breakers, feeder circuit breakers, as well as various monitoring and control devices. It is made up of multiple vertical sections used to monitor and manage different electrical parameters.
Motor Control Centre (MCC)
A Motor Control Centre (MCC) is a setup that includes a main incoming circuit breaker along with multiple motor starters. It can house Direct-On-Line (DOL) starters, Star-Delta starters, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and Soft Starters, all integrated with the required control logic.
Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC)
An Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel includes incomer and outgoing breakers, capacitor duty contactors or thyristors, harmonic filters, capacitors, an APFC relay, and the necessary controls for both automatic and manual operation. As the name implies, the APFC panel regulates the power factor to ensure it remains at the desired level.
DG Panels - Solo + Syncronizing
A solo generator is used when the load requirement is minimal, AMF (Auto Mains Failure) operation is needed, and synchronization between multiple DG sets is not necessary. It includes comprehensive safety features for both the operator and the generator, equipped with modern switchgear components.
A DG synchronization panel, on the other hand, is used to run two or more generators in parallel to share the total load. It enables smooth load transfer between generators during maintenance or service periods, ensuring uninterrupted power supply and preventing production losses.
